Our Location

We are tucked away in a gorgeous enclave on the east side of the Rideau River. Specifically, we are just off Riverside Drive between Mooney's Bay and Hunt Club Road.

Our Amenities

Our Community

Our condominium community at large consists of two 19 story buildings, with each tower containing a total of 144 condominium units. Each building is managed by a separate condominium corporation. The shared facilities of the property are managed by a Shared Facilities Committee jointly staffed by the two corporations.

Our corporation, OCSCC # 769, was incorporated on October 18th, 2007.

Our Developer

Our state of the art resort-style property was developed and built by Ottawa's Urbandale Corporation in 2007. Our sister Corporation's building, known as RG-1, was completed in 2003.
